In 2003, Alpha Video launched the Alpha Video Sports & Entertainment Group, in order to better serve the specific needs of the sports and entertainment marketplace. A member of both the Information Display & Entertainment Association (IDEA) and the Collegiate Sports Video Association (CSVA), the Alpha Video Sports & Entertainment Group works hard to understand the unique challenges our clients face and to develop creative, cost effective solutions to solve them.

With 13 years at Alpha Video and more than 20 years of experience in the professional video integration industry, Kevin's current efforts focus on working with the System Sales group to provide high quality service to Alpha's customer base. The mixture of company management, vendor relations, and client sales responsibility gives him the ability to help chart both Alpha and the client's course to mutual success.

Jeff has been with Alpha Video since 1992, and currently leads the Sports & Entertainment Group, a department within the Systems Sales Division. He has been instrumental in consulting and designing cutting-edge control rooms for sports stadiums at the University of Iowa, Fox Sports Network, The University of Kansas and Baylor University.
With his 13 years of experience in the professional audiovisual industry, Jeff excels at the development of solid, long-term relationships with clients, architects and consultants, as well as specializing in creating quality solutions using 'best-in-class' emerging technologies.

Director of Technical Services |
After 16 years as Chief Photographer at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis, and eight years managing WCCO's staff of 28 editors and photographers, John joined Alpha Video in 1997. His many years of experience have given him technical expertise, and exceptional problem solving and project management skills. He uses his skills and experience to successfully manage our client installation projects, as well as Alpha's entire technical services division.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, and brings a total of over 30 years of experience to Alpha Video's clients.

JAMIN JOHNSON |
Director of Broadcast Technologies |
Johnson brings over 12 years of experience in the broadcast industry to Alpha. His primary role is to assist Alpha’s customers with the transition from analog to digital television, and integrating the latest automation, archive, and playback systems. Johnson previously worked at KMSP (Fox Television) as a Technical Operations Manager and Senior Technician, and at WCCO, running their satellite truck operations.

Doug has served as Alpha Video's Senior Broadcast Design Engineer since 1997. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, Doug brings rich experience to Alpha Video's design and engineering team. He has been a vital and invaluable resource for Alpha's sporting venue projects, as well as a wide array of professional broadcast, corporate presentation, and higher education audiovisual installations.
